How does the credit system work?
Credits are the usage unit across HummingBytes. Every workflow shows its credit cost before you run it, so you can see the price before you generate. Lite includes 400 credits for $5.99/month, Starter includes 1,200 credits for $12/month, Creator includes 2,900 credits for $29/month, and Pro includes 5,900 credits for $59/month. Lite is the lowest-commitment way to start, while Starter is the better-value option for regular use.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free trial. Lite at $5.99/month is the lowest-commitment way to explore HummingBytes before upgrading to a higher plan.
What's the difference between HummingBytes plans?
All plans include commercial rights, unlimited storage while subscribed, and access to the core model catalog. Lite includes 400 credits, 14 image models, and 7 video models. Starter includes all 16 image models, 7 video models, and multi-workflow batch generation. Creator and Pro add Seedance 2.0 for a total of 8 video models. Can I use generated content commercially?
Yes. All plans, including Lite, include commercial rights for content you create in HummingBytes. See the Terms of Service for details and your responsibility to comply with any applicable third-party model terms.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, so you keep access until then.
Do you use my images to train AI models?
No. We do not use your uploaded or generated assets to train AI models. Your files are processed only to deliver the service. While your subscription is active, your content stays stored in your account. After cancellation, generated images and videos remain available for 90 days so you have time to download them.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay, plus Cash App Pay and Amazon Pay. Payments are processed through Stripe. You can choose monthly or annual billing, and annual plans save about 17%.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Generation pauses when you have no spendable credits left. There is no overage charging. If you need more credits before your next renewal, you can move to a higher plan.
