When do I receive my credits?
Your full credit amount is added after payment is confirmed.
This purchase does not renew, activate a subscription, or change your existing plan.
When do credits expire?
Credits expire 365 days after successful payment. Another purchase does not extend older credits.
Can I request a refund?
Contact support within seven days of successful payment to request a refund for an untouched pack. No credits from that pack may have been used or expired. Refunds are handled by the HummingBytes team.
