This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
All purchases on our platform are final and non-refundable, except as outlined below. This includes credits purchased for fine-tuning models (e.g., Flux.1-dev, Qwen Image, Wan2.2) or generating assets (images/videos). We do not offer refunds for partially used credits or completed services, as these involve irreversible compute resources.
If you experience a significant technical failure (e.g., a fine-tuning job fails due to our platform error, not your data or configuration), please contact [email protected] within 48 hours. We will review your request and may issue a credit refund or equivalent credits at our discretion. This does not apply to issues caused by third-party model licenses, your input data, or external factors.
Any free credits provided (e.g., signup bonuses or trials) have no cash value and are non-refundable or transferable.
You can cancel any ongoing fine-tuning jobs or unused credit purchases through your account dashboard. For disputes, contact us at [email protected]. We comply with applicable consumer protection laws and may offer refunds where required by law.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or platform notice. We review this policy at least annually to ensure compliance with evolving laws.
