This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds related to credit purchases, asset generations, and model fine-tuning services. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. General Refund Guidelines
All purchases on our platform are final and non-refundable, except as outlined below. This includes credits purchased for fine-tuning models (e.g., Flux.1-dev, Qwen Image, Wan2.2) or generating assets (images/videos). We do not offer refunds for partially used credits or completed services, as these involve irreversible compute resources.
2. Refunds for Unused Credits
- If you purchase credits and have not used any of them, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, minus any transaction fees (e.g., Stripe processing fees).
- After 7 days or once any credits are used (e.g., for a fine-tuning job or asset generation), no refunds will be issued.
3. Failed or Interrupted Jobs
- If a fine-tuning or asset generation job fails due to a system error or infrastructure issue on our side, we will credit back the associated compute costs.
- If a job is interrupted or fails due to user error (e.g., invalid data, non-compliant prompts), credits used will not be refunded.
4. Subscription Charges
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
- If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to the subscription features until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle. Upgrades are charged immediately and are non-refundable.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
- If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, your account may be suspended while we investigate.
- If the chargeback is resolved in our favor, any reinstatement of your account may require repayment of disputed amounts and applicable fees.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for unused credits or a failed job (as permitted above), contact us at [email protected] with:

- Purchase date and amount
- Job ID or invoice ID
- Reason for the refund request
We review requests within 7 business days and will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
