The Free tier includes 100 credits on Flux 1.1 Pro plus 7 days of storage. Paid plans unlock all image/video models (Flux 1.1 Pro, Gemini 2.5 Flash Image, Qwen Image, Wan 2.2, and Veo), extend storage (30–365 days), grant commercial rights, and add LoRA training allowances (1 on Starter, 3 on Creator, 8 on Pro) plus higher resolutions up to 8K.

LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) training lets you fine-tune AI models with your own images. Training takes approximately 5 minutes and requires 15 images for character training (requirements vary for other types). We accept JPG, JPEG, and PNG formats. Training costs 100 credits and is included in all paid plans: Starter gets 1 training/month, Creator gets 3, and Pro gets 8. Once trained, generating with your LoRA adds just 1 credit to the base image cost.

Yes, all paid plans (Starter, Creator, and Pro) include full commercial rights. You can use generated images for any commercial purpose including client work, products, marketing, and resale. The Free tier is for personal, non-commercial use only. There are no additional licensing fees or attribution requirements for commercial use on paid plans.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay), Cash App Pay, and Amazon Pay through Stripe, a leading secure payment platform trusted by millions of businesses. All payments are processed with bank-level encryption. You can choose monthly or annual billing for subscriptions, with annual plans saving you approximately 17% (2 months free). Credit packs for one-time purchases are coming soon.

We offer refunds only if no credits have been used from your subscription. Once you've generated images with your credits, refunds are not available since the computational resources have been consumed. If you experience technical issues preventing you from using the service, please contact our support team for assistance. We recommend starting with our Free tier to test the platform before subscribing.

Active subscribers enjoy unlimited storage for all their content. When you cancel your subscription, you have 30 days to download all your generated images and videos - after this period, they will be permanently deleted. LoRA models, which require significant credits to train, are retained for 90 days after subscription ends, giving you extra time to reactivate and recover these valuable assets. We'll send email reminders before any deletion occurs.

We offer three cutting-edge models: Flux 1.1 Pro for photorealistic image generation (our premium model from Black Forest Labs), Qwen Image from Alibaba for complex text rendering and multilingual support with 20B parameters, and Wan2.2 for both image and video generation. The Free tier includes only Flux 1.1 Pro with watermark. All paid plans get access to all three models without watermarks, allowing you to choose the best model for your specific needs.

Support varies by plan. Free tier users have access to community forums and documentation. All paid plans include email support with guaranteed response times: Starter gets 48-hour response, while Creator and Pro plans receive 24-hour response times. We're also developing video tutorials that will be available soon. For technical questions, our support team can help with training setup, generation parameters, and troubleshooting.

No special software or hardware is required! Our platform is entirely web-based and works on any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). You just need a stable internet connection for uploading images and downloading your generated content. The AI processing happens on our powerful cloud servers, so you can create professional images even on a basic laptop or tablet. There's no GPU requirement on your end - we handle all the computational heavy lifting.
