Questions about product images, marketplace workflows, pricing, and privacy

Product and Marketplace Images

Can I create a full Amazon image set from one product photo?

Yes. The Amazon Listing Images workflow is designed to turn one source product photo into a clean main image, infographics, lifestyle shots, and comparison assets. A clearer source photo gives the model more product detail to preserve, and you can add more reference images when a workflow supports them.

Does this work for TikTok Shop, Shopify, Etsy, and other marketplaces?

Yes. HummingBytes is built around channel-ready product assets. Use the Amazon and TikTok Shop workflows for marketplace-specific image sets, then adapt the same source product into Shopify, Etsy, social ads, landing-page visuals, and campaign creatives with the broader image workflows.

Will the product stay accurate to my source image?

Reference-based workflows are designed to preserve the product identity while improving the presentation. For best results, upload clear product photos, describe what must stay unchanged, and avoid asking for changes that conflict with the source. Always review generated assets before publishing them to a marketplace.

Can I generate infographics, comparison images, and lifestyle photos?

Yes. Product workflows can create clean main images, benefit-led infographics, lifestyle scenes, detail crops, included-items images, and comparison assets. These outputs are useful for marketplace galleries, product pages, ads, and social campaigns.

What kind of source product photo works best?

Use a sharp, well-lit photo where the product is visible and not heavily obstructed. Neutral backgrounds are helpful but not required. Multiple angles or close-ups improve consistency when you need labels, packaging, texture, or small product details to carry through.

Can I batch-generate multiple product assets at once?

Yes. Multi-workflow batch generation lets you run multiple prompts, aspect ratios, and reference sets together. It is useful when one product needs several listing images, social sizes, campaign angles, or model variations without managing each output one by one.

Getting Started

How does the credit system work?

Credits are the usage unit across HummingBytes. Every workflow shows its credit cost before you run it, so you can see the price before you generate. Lite includes 400 credits for $5.99/month, Starter includes 1,200 credits for $12/month, Creator includes 2,900 credits for $29/month, and Pro includes 5,900 credits for $59/month. Lite is the lowest-commitment way to start, while Starter is the better-value option for regular use.

Is there a free trial?

There is no free trial. Lite at $5.99/month is the lowest-commitment way to explore HummingBytes before upgrading to a higher plan.

What's the difference between HummingBytes plans?

All plans include commercial rights, unlimited storage while subscribed, and access to the core model catalog. Lite includes 400 credits, 14 image models, and 7 video models. Starter includes all 17 image models, 7 video models, and multi-workflow batch generation. Creator and Pro add Seedance 2.0 for a total of 8 video models. Generated images and videos remain available for 90 days after cancellation. See the pricing page for full details.

Do I need special software to use HummingBytes?

No. HummingBytes is entirely web-based and works in modern browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. All AI processing runs on our servers, so you can create on a basic laptop or tablet without needing a local GPU.

How long does it take to generate an image or video?

Image generation usually takes between 5 and 30 seconds depending on the workflow, resolution, and queue conditions. Video generation usually takes between 1 and 5 minutes depending on the model, duration, resolution, and queue conditions.

What image and video resolutions are supported?

Supported output sizes vary by workflow. Image workflows commonly range from 512px through 4K and support popular aspect ratios like 1:1, 3:2, 2:3, 16:9, and 9:16. Video workflows currently support resolutions such as 720p, 1080p, and 4K depending on the selected model and duration. The form updates available options when you choose a workflow.

What photos work best as reference images?

Clear, well-lit photos work best. JPG and PNG uploads are supported. Avoid blurry, heavily filtered, or heavily obstructed images. When a workflow supports multiple reference images, adding a few clean angles usually improves consistency.

Billing and Account

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay, plus Cash App Pay and Amazon Pay. Payments are processed through Stripe. You can choose monthly or annual billing, and annual plans save about 17%.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, so you keep access until then.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Generation pauses when you have no spendable credits left. There is no overage charging. If you need more credits before your next renewal, you can move to a higher plan.

How do I request a refund?

Unused credits may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. If a generation or training job fails because of a system issue on our side, we may credit back the associated compute costs. Contact our billing team with your account email, purchase date, and the related job ID or invoice ID for review.

How do I get receipts and invoices?

Stripe emails a receipt after each successful payment. You can also open the billing section in your account to access invoices and update billing details like your name, address, or tax ID.

Rights and Privacy

Can I use generated content commercially?

Yes. All plans, including Lite, include commercial rights for content you create in HummingBytes. See the Terms of Service for details and your responsibility to comply with any applicable third-party model terms.

Do you use my images to train AI models?

No. We do not use your uploaded or generated assets to train AI models. Your files are processed only to deliver the service. While your subscription is active, your content stays stored in your account. After cancellation, generated images and videos remain available for 90 days so you have time to download them.
