There is no free trial. Starter is the lowest-priced current public subscription. Compare the current plans on the pricing page before subscribing.

Credits pay for generation. The form shows the estimated cost before you submit; the model and selected settings determine the price. Unused subscription credits expire at renewal and do not roll over.

Timing depends on the model, image size or video duration, and provider queue. Video can take longer than a single image. Dedicated Nano Banana batch jobs run asynchronously, so they are not an instant-generation option.

Each model supports its own image sizes, video resolutions, and aspect ratios. The generation form shows the options for your selection. Product Images returns native dimensions, not a custom-sized export.

Yes, where the selected model supports them. Image models can use reference photos for generation or editing. Some video models support first and last frames, multiple references, or source-video editing. The form shows the supported inputs and limits.

Yes. Your personal Prompt Library lets you save, edit, tag, favorite, and search prompts. Apply them in image, video, and standard batch forms, then edit before generating. Gemini batch does not use saved prompts. The library is personal, not shared with a team.

Open Product Images and add a product photo or choose a saved product. Apply White background, Lifestyle, or Custom treatments and choose supported aspect ratios. Review the generation count and credit estimate, then generate. Check the results before uploading them to your marketplace.

You can create images for these channels and adapt them for Shopify, Etsy, ads, or other storefronts. Amazon and TikTok Shop prompt presets are starting points. HummingBytes does not validate marketplace rules or publish listings; you are responsible for review and publishing.

Reference images guide generation, but exact fidelity is not guaranteed. AI can change labels, proportions, colors, or small details. Use a clear source photo, describe what must stay unchanged, and compare every result with your actual product.

Yes. Product Images offers Lifestyle and Custom treatments. Prompts and presets can also guide infographic, comparison, and ad creative directions with supported models. Review all generated text and product claims before using them.

Use a sharp, well-lit photo with the whole product visible. Avoid heavy filters and obstructions. If the selected model supports multiple references, clean additional angles can help communicate packaging, texture, and small details.

Product Images applies treatments independently to one to eight products, with up to 50 generated images per run. Standard Batch supports up to 10 prompts per model workflow. Dedicated Nano Banana batch supports up to 100 prompts per workflow. These are separate generation tools with different limits.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Choose monthly or annual billing on the pricing page. Checkout shows the payment methods available for your purchase.

Yes. Cancel from your account settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Generation pauses when you do not have enough spendable credits. There is no overage charging. You can wait for renewal or move to a higher plan. Existing assets remain available under the normal access and retention rules.

Credits are returned automatically for confirmed failures that qualify for a refund. Content generated and then blocked for a confirmed policy violation remains charged, even if the generation is marked as failed. For a payment refund request or a missing credit return, contact the billing team with your account email and the related generation or invoice ID. Payment refunds are reviewed under the current refund policy and are not automatic.

Open the billing section in your account to access invoices and update billing details. Stripe also emails a receipt after a successful payment.

All current public subscription plans include commercial-use rights. You must comply with the Terms of Service and applicable third-party model terms. Review the content and make sure you have the necessary rights before publishing.

HummingBytes does not use uploaded or generated assets to train AI models. Files are processed to deliver the service. Generated images and videos are retained while your paid subscription is active and remain available for 90 days after cancellation.
