How does the credit system work and what do I get with each plan?
Credits are pegged directly to cash: 1 credit = $0.01. The Free tier gives you 100 credits to explore features—roughly 20 standard images. Starter includes 1,200 credits, Creator includes 2,900 credits, and Pro includes 5,900 credits.
What's included in the Free tier vs paid plans?
Free users receive 100 credits on Flux 1.1 Pro, plus 7 days of storage for personal use. Paid plans unlock all current image and video models—Flux 1.1 Pro/Kontext, GPT-Image-1, Gemini Flash/Pro Image, Qwen Image & Image Edit, Wan 2.2, Seedream 4.0/4.5, Veo 3.1 Fast/Preview, and Sora 2—extend storage windows to 30–365 days, and include commercial rights.
Can I use generated images commercially?
Yes, all paid plans (Starter, Creator, and Pro) include full commercial rights. You can use generated images for any commercial purpose including client work, products, marketing, and resale. The Free tier is for personal, non-commercial use only. There are no additional licensing fees or attribution requirements for commercial use on paid plans.
What payment methods do you accept and is it secure?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay), Cash App Pay, and Amazon Pay through Stripe, a leading secure payment platform trusted by millions of businesses. All payments are processed with bank-level encryption. You can choose monthly or annual billing for subscriptions, with annual plans saving you approximately 17% (2 months free). Credit packs for one-time purchases are coming soon.
What's your refund policy?
We offer refunds only if no credits have been used from your subscription. Once you've generated images with your credits, refunds are not available since the computational resources have been consumed. If you experience technical issues preventing you from using the service, please contact our support team for assistance. We recommend starting with our Free tier to test the platform before subscribing.
What happens to my images and how long are they stored?
Storage duration depends on your plan: Free keeps content for 7 days; Starter for 30 days; Creator for 90 days; and Pro for 365 days. If you cancel, you can download your images and videos before your plan's retention window ends. We'll send email reminders before any deletion occurs.
What AI models are available and what makes them different?
We offer a full suite of image and video models: Flux 1.1 Pro/Kontext for photorealism and editing, GPT-Image-1, Gemini Flash and Pro Image, Qwen Image and Image Edit, Wan 2.2 for image and video, Seedream 4.0/4.5 for high-res generations, and Veo 3.1 Fast/Preview plus Sora 2 for video. The Free tier includes Flux 1.1 Pro with watermark; paid plans unlock the full catalog without watermarks.

All paid plans include email support with guaranteed response times: Starter gets 48-hour response, while Creator and Pro plans receive 24-hour response times. We're also developing video tutorials that will be available soon. For technical questions, our support team can help with training setup, generation parameters, and troubleshooting.
Do I need any special software or technical requirements?
No special software or hardware is required! Our platform is entirely web-based and works on any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). You just need a stable internet connection for uploading images and downloading your generated content. The AI processing happens on our powerful cloud servers, so you can create professional images even on a basic laptop or tablet. There's no GPU requirement on your end - we handle all the computational heavy lifting.
